SDCGO joins in Amicus Brief in Standard Capacity Magazine Lawsuit
Firearms Policy Coalition is fighting hard for your rights in the 9th Circuit of Appeals. As you may know, Duncan v. Becerra is the lawsuit working to bring standard capacity magazines to California. FPC recently filed an amici curiae brief in support of the appellees and affirmance, and San Diego County Gun Owners was one of the represented parties.
Of course, FPC is also responsible for Miller v. Becerra, the lawsuit challenging the assault weapons ban. SDCGO is a named plaintiffs, and it’s no coincidence that all the named plaintiffs are members of San Diego County Gun Owners!

In the words of Captain “Red Legs” Terrill “doin good ain’t got no end”. Be that as it may, the California State Legislature completed it’s 2019 Session on Friday, September 13th. That means that lovable group of guys and gals will do no further harm to innocent Californians until they reconvene in 2020.

Join us at one of our four identical monthly meetings in locations all across San Diego County! Learn about legislative updates, events in San Diego County, and what SDCGO is doing for you.
You do not have to be a member to attend. Come check it out and bring a friend!
