We’re proud to announce our endorsed candidates for the November 8, 2022 election! These candidates have been thoroughly vetted to ensure that they are the best Second Amendment candidates to vote for.
These candidates need your vote, and they also need your time and your money! Check out the links below to find out ways to support their campaigns by contributing or by volunteering.
It’s not too late to attend one of our three monthly meetings this month, open to members and guests. Light refreshments will be served at 6pm, and meeting starts at 6:30pm.

Upcoming Ladies CCW Seminar
Calling all ladies! Are you looking for more information on how to apply for your concealed weapon permit (CCW)? Join us for a ladies only CCW seminar on September 27 at 7pm!
We are looking for more mentors at our upcoming shooting socials! You do not need to be an expert – it is just like taking a friend or neighbor to the shooting range to help them with a safe, first-time shooting experience. You just need to bring your eye and ear protection, a full-size handgun, and a smile. Everything else is provided!
Our “Gun Shop Table Top” program is one of our most effective ways to reach out to current and new members. Volunteering is fun and easy! We provide all the materials you need, and all you have to do is show up. You would be passing out literature about the organization, signing up people for our mailing list, and sharing information about membership.
We have some amazing Table Top Leads who do an amazing job setting up and making sure you have everything you need! This is an incredibly valuable way to give back to the Second Amendment community and support San Diego County Gun Owners!

Our vetting process led SDCGO to proudly endorse Undersheriff Kelly Martinez for San Diego County Sheriff. Here’s why.
This course is designed for shooters with a good working knowledge of basic carbine marksmanship and gun handling skills. Take your shooting beyond the traditional flat range and to the next level. Students will be exposed to a variety of non traditional shooting techniques with an emphasis on shoot, move, and communicate.
An introduction to the fundamentals that are the foundation for precision long range shooting. This course is designed to take new or experienced shooters and set them up with the baseline fundamentals necessary to make precise, long range shots consistently. By the end of the course you will have confidence in your ability to employ your rifle at ranges from 100-1000yds.
This clinic is designed for shooters with a basic through intermediate level of skill. No previous formal training required. This course will focus on safe weapons handling, grip, stance, trigger control, dealing with malfunctions, and reloading.
