We were disappointed that Gaspar voted for a gun ban back when she was on the Encinitas City Council, but since then we have worked with her closely and she has voted against banning gun shops in Encinitas, requiring guns to be stored inoperable in Encinitas, and against banning shooting on public lands as a Supervisor.
