Plaintiffs on New Lawsuit Challenging Ban on Home-Building Firearms and Precursor Parts
Mere hours after San Diego, California Mayor Todd Gloria signed Ordinance no. O-2022-7 into law last week, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) last night filed a new Second Amendment lawsuit challenging the new ban that prohibits individuals in the City from home-building firearms, including the possession of parts and materials necessary to self-manufacture constitutionally protected arms. The confiscatory terms of the Ordinance additionally require that all persons who have any of the banned items dispossess themselves of the items within 30 days. FPC Law also filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction today to block enforcement of the law. Time and money are the keys to winning an election. Help us get literature to La Mesa voters about Laura by contributing 2 hours to the cause. SDCGO will give you everything you need to help us get the word out about Laura Lothian for La Mesa City Council.
You will be given 50 flyers and 50 addresses for La Mesa voters. All you have to do is deliver the information to the addresses provided. Wear comfortable shoes and plain clothes without any logos or slogans. Delivering information to 50 houses should take about 2 hours. This is how elections are won!

SDCGO staff, board members, and supporters were honored to attend and sponsor the Become the Impact Gala to benefit Active Valor. This veteran-owned non-profit provides support for Gold Star families that have lost a loved one in a service-related loss, including providing veteran mentors for Gold Star kids.
Modern Mountain Man Rendezvous by Triple B Adventures!
The Modern Mountain Man Rendezvous ( 3MR ) is a staple yearly fundraising event put on by Triple B Adventures, a California 501(c)(3) for veterans and active duty. Proceeds from this event support free campouts and activities throughout the year. It is a weekend full of camping, hiking, outdoor instruction and classes, and our all famous raffle.

You spend a few hours at your local gun shop (admit it, you do that anyway!) and talk to people about how important it is to fight for your gun rights, and how SDCGO is accomplishing that.
