San Diego County Gun Owners (SDCGO) is so proud to be a plaintiff in a new lawsuit! Renna v. California Attorney General Becerra is looking to get rid of California’s recently-expanded Roster Handgun Ban, which requires the removal of three firearms for every one added, as well as the ban on self-manufacturing handguns not on the DOJ’s Roster. We are incredibly happy and proud to partner with Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) which is making this lawsuit possible. FPC is doing amazing legal work and is amazingly supportive of SDCGO.
SDCGO is joined by plaintiffs/SDCGO members Lana Renna, Danielle Jaymes, Hannah Spousta, Michael Schwartz, Laura Schwartz, Richard Bailey, Matt Klier, Justin Smith, John Phillips, Cheryl Prince, Darin Prince, Ryan Peterson, Poway Weapons & Gear Inc., North County Shooting Center, and Gunfighter Tactical.

Blog: SCOTUS, the Second Amendment, and the Election – The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
“May you live in interesting times”. Whether intended as a curse or a blessing I believe we are here. The following addresses three subjects that make our times interesting.
Amy Coney-Barrett was recently confirmed to the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) by a vote of 52-48. Justice Coney-Barrett is arguably one of the most qualified justices to join the court in decades. She also appears to be a normal American. President Trump has now added three justices to the Supreme Court and over 300 judges to the federal bench.
