Urgent: Your Comments Needed

Friend– We have made some progress in the redistricting proposal, but we still need your help. There is a special meeting tomorrow, Friday, November 19 at 5:00pm, and we need YOU to attend.

The instructions to join the meeting are listed here on the agenda for tomorrow night’s meeting.

Every ten years after the Census, the lines for Congress, State Senate, and State Assembly districts are redrawn. Right now we have solid Second Amendment supporters in the rural and East County seats in San Diego county.

Unfortunately, under the new maps, the rural and East County seats are completely torn apart and shoved into densely urban areas in a way that makes no sense. We’re not a partisan organization, but it is clear that this map proposal is specifically designed so Democrats can eliminate all five Republican districts in San Diego and eliminate our Second Amendment supporters!

We need you to call in and ask the commissioners to keep Jamul, Rancho San Diego, Spring Valley, and El Cajon together with the rest of East County (Lakeside, Santee, Alpine, etc.).
