Friend, Because you’ve been a great supporter of San Diego County Gun Owners, I’m hoping you will help us send a LOUD message to freedom-infringing politicians in San Diego County.
As you may know, the City of La Mesa is holding a Special Election right now and the control of their city council hangs in the balance. San Diego County Gun Owners has proudly endorsed freedom-fighter LAURA LOTHIAN for this key race.
We don’t just want Laura to win. We want YOU to be a big reason why she wins – and in doing so show that our members can mobilize EN MASSE to flip seats and turn out votes!
Here’s what I need you to do! On October 23rd, please join Carl DeMaio and fellow 2nd Amendment supporters for a Drive and Knock Volunteer Day to support Laura Lothian! (That’s right – no walking needed! You can simply drive and/or be the one to jump out and knock on the door!)
Laura will probably only win this race by a few hundred votes. San Diego County Gun Owners needs to deliver the margin of victory so we can send a message to politicians that infringing on our freedoms carries a big consequence! Piss us off and we’ll mobilize in the next political race and put a 2A-supporting leader into office!
Sincerely,
-Michael

Breaking Gun News in San Diego!
Last Saturday night at the SDCGO Second Amendment Celebration Dinner (aka Gun Prom), Gunfighter Tactical unveiled their new 9mm AR pattern carbine!
They are now producing their first in-house designed, cut, cerakoted and built 9mm AR pistol. The “Bandit” has passed all of Gunfighter Tactical’s tests and they are excited to get these out into the wild.
They will be selling the 9mm Bandits with the custom mindset. You’ll start with a 5″ or 8″ model, then pick your color and they’ll custom build for you! Or you just choose one off the wall.
SDCGO is proud that Gunfighter picked to donate their first model as a prize for 2021 Gun Prom! And (add the winner’s name here) is the proud winner!
Thank you Gunfighter Tactical, San Diego County Gun Owner’s 2020 and 2021 Gun Shop of the Year recipient.
Together, We Will Win.
WARNING! You Might Be Illegal!
Be advised. If you live in the city of San Diego, you must get rid of your 80% kits as of this weekend. San Diego County Gun Owners and Firearms Policy Coalition are suing the city on your behalf, but their law banning 80% kits will be going into effect on October 23. You must store your unfinished, raw material kit outside of the city limits.
NOTE: The County of San Diego is drafting a similar regulation, but nothing is in effect yet. We will keep you informed as we fight.

Blog: The Golden Age of Concealed Carry
Americans continue to embrace the concealed carry lifestyle. All indications are that we are currently living in the golden age of concealed carry. It’s difficult for those of us in the handful of oppressive states to see this sometimes but it is nevertheless true. Americans are living in the golden age of concealed carry.
Not only is volunteering a great way to give back to San Diego County Gun Owners and the Second Amendment community in general, it’s super easy and fun. You spend a few hours at your local gun shop (admit it, you do that anyway!) and talk to people about how important it is to fight for your gun rights, and how SDCGO is accomplishing that.
Plus… we have an exciting new incentive program starting in 2021! Every shift for which you volunteer and work will earn you an entry into our quarterly drawing for A GUN!
Sign up for shifts today on our volunteer page. Check back often as we continue to add more dates.
