All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer, server, donation platform, entry platform, or other designated recordkeeping system shall be the official timekeeping device for this sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and who are legally eligible to receive, own, and possess the prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must not be prohibited by any law, regulation, court order, or other legal restriction from receiving, owning, possessing, purchasing, or controlling firearms or any other item included in the prize. If the prize includes a firearm, ammunition, firearm accessory, magazine, or regulated item, the selected entrant must be legally eligible to receive and possess the prize in the selected entrant’s state and locality of residence.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these rules, “immediate family members” includes spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and grandchild, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. A selected entrant is not the winner unless and until Sponsor confirms that the selected entrant has satisfied all eligibility, verification, legal-transfer, and prize-claim requirements.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a selected entrant if the prize, or any component of the prize, cannot lawfully be transferred to or possessed by that selected entrant in the entrant’s state or locality of residence.

4. Prize

The prize for this sweepstakes is:

Springfield Armory Echelon Compact with a Viridian Optic

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,100

The prize consists only of the item or items specifically listed above. No cash equivalent will be awarded. The prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or any portion of a prize with another lawful prize or item of equal or greater approximate retail value if the listed prize becomes unavailable, restricted, impractical to award, or cannot lawfully be transferred to the selected entrant.

If the listed prize cannot lawfully be awarded to the selected entrant, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate selected entrant may be chosen.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally. A contribution is not required to enter or win.

A. Contribution Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible person may receive one (1) entry by making a contribution through the official SDCGO PAC contribution page designated for this sweepstakes:

https://sdcgo.revv.co/contest

Only contributions made through the designated sweepstakes contribution page during the Sweepstakes Period that are accompanied by all required contributor information will be treated as contribution-based entries for this sweepstakes.

A contribution does not increase the chance of winning. Each eligible contribution-entry participant receives one (1) entry only, regardless of the amount contributed.

B. Free Online Entry Method

To enter without making a contribution, an eligible person may submit one (1) free entry through the official free-entry form designated for this sweepstakes:

https://sdcgo.revv.co/free-entry

The free-entry form must be completed in full and must include the entrant’s full legal name, email address, phone number, state of residence, date of birth, and any required eligibility certifications.

Free entries will be processed and entering into the sweepstakes in the same manner as contribution entries and will have the same odds of winning as contribution entries.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

An entrant may not receive more than one (1) entry by using multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment methods, devices, accounts, identities, or any other method designed to evade the entry limit.

Duplicate entries, automated entries, bot-generated entries, incomplete entries, fraudulent entries, straw entries, entries submitted under false names, and entries submitted by or on behalf of another person may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, corrupted, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or improperly submitted entries.

7. Political Contribution Compliance

Contributions to SDCGO PAC are subject to applicable federal, state, and local campaign finance laws, regulations, reporting requirements, and contribution restrictions.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject, refund, return, or not accept any contribution that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, may be prohibited, excessive, improperly sourced, incomplete, noncompliant, or otherwise unsuitable for acceptance.

Any rejection, refund, return, or non-acceptance of a contribution will not affect an individual’s ability to enter the sweepstakes through the free online entry method as described in these Official Rules.

Participation in this sweepstakes does not alter or waive any campaign-finance reporting, disclosure, source, eligibility or other compliance requirements that may apply to political contributions made to SDCGO.

8. Winner Selection

After the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representative will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about 10/5/26.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The person selected in the random drawing is a selected entrant only and is not the winner unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility, confirms legal ability to receive the prize, and receives all required prize-claim materials.

9. Winner Notification and Claim Requirements

Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected entrant by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry.

The selected entrant must respond within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s notification attempt, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing.

To claim the prize, the selected entrant may be required to complete, sign, and return any documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to:

If the selected entrant does not respond on time, cannot be contacted, refuses or fails to complete required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, cannot lawfully receive the prize, fails a required background check, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate entrant by random drawing.

Sponsor may continue selecting alternate entrants until the prize is awarded or until Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the prize is impractical, impossible, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.

10. Firearm Transfer and Legal Compliance

If the prize includes a firearm, the firearm will not be shipped directly to the winner. Any firearm prize will be transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (“FFL”) located in a jurisdiction where the firearm may lawfully be transferred to the winner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of receiving any firearm prize, the selected entrant must, as part of the requirements set forth in Section 9 of these Official Rules, designate an FFL that is willing and legally able to receive the firearm on the selected entrant’s behalf. Sponsor (and/or its transferring FFL) may reject any proposed FFL that is not properly licensed, not reasonably acceptable, or unable to complete a lawful transfer, in which case the selected entrant must identify an alternative qualifying FFL within the time specified by the Sponsor.Sponsor will cover ordinary shipping costs to the receiving FFL. The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with accepting or receiving the prize, including but not limited to dealer transfer fees, background check fees, taxes, licensing fees, storage fees, compliance costs, travel costs, and any other incidental expenses.

The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, waiting periods, background checks, transfer requirements, licensing requirements, age restrictions, and possession restrictions.

If the winner cannot lawfully receive, own, or possess the firearm or any other regulated prize item, fails a required background check, does not complete the transfer process, cannot identify a lawful receiving FFL, or resides in a jurisdiction where the prize cannot lawfully be transferred, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a selected entrant or winner to receive, possess, use, transfer, register, transport, or store the prize under applicable law.

11. Prize Restrictions

The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the prize’s use, performance, suitability, condition, safety, legality in any jurisdiction, or fitness for any particular purpose.

No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor may withhold, modify, substitute, or decline to award any prize or portion of a prize if awarding it would violate applicable law, create undue legal risk, or be inconsistent with these Official Rules.

12. Taxes and Fees

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, costs, and expenses associated with accepting and receiving the prize, except for ordinary shipping costs to the receiving FFL, which Sponsor will cover.

If required by law, the winner must provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation before the prize is awarded. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax form for the value of the prize.

Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in disqualification.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates, representatives, licensees, and assigns the right to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional, advertising, political, fundraising, public relations, and other lawful purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

14. Privacy and Communications

If the sweepstakes is canceled, suspended, or modified, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken.
