California keeps making it harder to own a gun. Here is how you push back.
San Diego County Gun Owners PAC is giving away a Springfield Armory Echelon Compact with a Viridian optic, and every entry helps fund the local fight for your rights. Enter by September 30. The drawing is on or about October 5.

California is not going to stop on its own
Every session, Sacramento hands gun owners another bill. An excise tax on every firearm and every box of ammunition. A carry law that turns most of the county into a place your permit does not work. More fees, more paperwork, more ways for a law-abiding person to end up on the wrong side of a statute.
Most gun owners feel like there is nothing they can do about it. There is. It just does not happen in a comment section. It happens in local races, in courtrooms, and at council meetings where a few hundred organized voters decide the outcome.
That is the work San Diego County Gun Owners PAC has been doing since 2015. We are a local, non-partisan group of San Diego gun owners with full-time staff. We oppose anti-2A bills, support pro-Second Amendment lawsuits, mobilize gun owners, and back local candidates who will not trade your rights for a headline.
All of it runs on contributions from people who live here. This sweepstakes is how we fund the next round of it.

One winner is drawn at random on or about October 5, 2026, then notified by email and phone. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

The firearm is not shipped to the winner. It transfers through a federally licensed dealer in the winner’s state, subject to every federal, state, and local requirement that applies. SDCGO PAC covers ordinary shipping to the receiving dealer. The winner covers the transfer fee, background check, taxes, and any other cost of taking possession.
No cash equivalent. The prize is not transferable.
