KUSI: Appeals court rules gun laws barring sales to people under 21 unconstitutional

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A Federal Appeals Court ruled this week that any law preventing the sale of a handgun to someone under the age of 21 is unconstitutional. The case was then remanded back to the lower courts.

The Executive Director of the San Diego County Gun Owners PAC Michael Schwartz joined KUSI to discuss this further.
